Chez Tigermilk, la croissance est rapide, ambitieuse et internationale.

Avec 12 sites en France (Paris, Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nice, Strasbourg), Belgique (Bruxelles) et Royaume Uni (Londres), et d'autres à venir, Tigermilk grandit et se structure.

Afin d'accompagner cette dynamique, nous recherchons un Responsable des Opérations pour garantir la performance de nos restaurants

Ta mission : Sur un périmètre donné (4 à 5 sites), tu es le garant de la performance (CA, satisfaction client, qualité de service, organisation, etc..) et de l'efficacité des opérations (Food Cost, plannings, maintenance).

Ce qu’on attend de toi :

  • Tu formes, inspires, motives les équipes sur l’accueil, l’efficacité, l’ambiance et la performance générale des restaurants de ton périmètre
  • Tu t'assures de la bonne cohérence entre l'activité et le staffing, grâce à ta capacité d'anticipation et de réactivité. Tu es le garant des plannings, élaborés en lien avec les managers de restaurants
  • En lien avec le Responsable Achats et le Superviseur Cuisine, tu encadres les bonnes pratiques sur site pour réduire le taux de perte en cuisine (contrôle, formation, suivi des inventaires, gestion des zones de stockage, etc..
  • Tu sais aussi recadrer avec bienveillance, parce qu’un resto qui tourne, c’est de la rigueur et de l’amour. Tu es le supérieur direct des managers de restaurants de ton périmètre et tu t'assures que ce collectif soit bien huilé (promotion, évolution, disciplinaire, etc.)
  • Tu sais prioriser et trancher, afin de maintenir les restaurants aux niveaux attendus et atteindre les objectifs

  • Tu connais le secteur de la restauration et tu sais ce que c’est de gérer du flux, du stress, et une équipe en plein rush.
  • Tu aimes le terrain. Basé au siège, tu sais toutefois te rendre disponible pour tes équipes
  • Tu as une bonne maîtrise des indicateurs de performance opérationnels dans la restauration et tu as l'envie de toujours aller chercher mieux pour faire grandir les équipes et l'entreprise
  • Tu es polyvalent, autonome, et tu as l'âme d'un "problem-solver", pour garantir que les équipes soient dans les meilleures conditions pour opérer.
