1. 具备面向 AI 的编程思维，借助 AI 辅助跨端开发范式，参与多端客户端产品业务功能开发； 2. 根据业务需求完成模块设计、编码实现与问题修复，编写技术、接口设计文档； 3. 参与多端业务模块设计实现，独立完成子模块开发，沉淀可复用组件与代码； 4. 持续学习客户端、跨端技术，探索 AI 工具在多端研发场景的落地实践。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先，海外留学背景优先； 2. 编程能力良好，数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络基础扎实；不限编程语言（C++/Java/Objective-C/Swift 均可）； 3. 热爱技术，有钻研精神，拥有面向 AI 编程的思维，熟悉大语言模型基础原理，了解 Transformer、上下文窗口、幻觉等基础概念；有 Claude Code 实操经验，理解其编码代理的工作机制； 4. 做事踏实认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达、团队协作能力，学习主动性强； 5. 逻辑思维清晰，具备不错的问题分析与排查能力。 【加分项】 1. 拥有 Android/iOS/桌面端或跨端框架相关 Demo、课程项目、开源项目等开发实践经验； 2. 有使用 AI 工具完成项目开发、拆解方案、定位 bug 的实践经历； 3. 英文流利，可阅读英文技术文档，英文可作为工作语言； 4. 对金融科技感兴趣，有金融产品的交易实操经验。
