Advertising Administrative Assistant

Función principal:

Brindar soporte administrativo integral, asegurando la correcta gestión de proveedores, contratos, pagos, documentación legal, provisiones de costos, procesos de facturación y control de comisiones, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y la continuidad operativa de las distintas plataformas y unidades de negocio.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Estudiante universitario avanzado o graduado de Administración de Empresas, Contaduría Pública, Finanzas, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones administrativas, financieras o de soporte operativo.
  • Experiencia en control documental, facturación, gestión de proveedores y seguimiento de pagos.
  • Deseable experiencia en áreas de publicidad, mercadeo o medios de comunicación.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
  • Conocimiento de procesos administrativos y financieros.
  • Experiencia en gestión de contratos y documentación legal.
  • Manejo de sistemas ERP o plataformas de gestión financiera.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de compras y requisiciones.
