Analista de Auditoría y Encuestas

Función Principal:

• Gestionar y coordinar la creación, afiliación, integración y soporte de puntos de venta en la plataforma Móvil ePIN, asegurando la correcta habilitación y continuidad operativa del servicio.

• Brindar soporte operativo al área DMS, atendiendo y resolviendo incidencias y consultas de los ejecutivos de ruta mediante llamadas y canales de comunicación internos, garantizando una atención oportuna y la continuidad de la operación comercial.

• Administrar y generar reportería relacionada con KPIs, Head Count, usuarios y puntos de venta, proporcionando información confiable y actualizada para el seguimiento, control y toma de decisiones del área.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en elaboración, actualización y análisis de reportes e indicadores de gestión.
  • Capacidad para dar seguimiento a incidencias y requerimientos hasta su resolución.
  • Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de tiempos de atención.
  • Manejo de Excel Avanzado y herramientas de Microsoft Office.

Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Soporte operativo y resolución de incidencias.
  • Administración y control de usuarios.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de KPIs.
  • Control de Head Count.
  • Elaboración y actualización de reportería.
  • Seguimiento de requerimientos e incidencias operativas.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Microsoft Office. (Excel Intermedio – Avanzado)
