Buscamos un ASESOR DE VENTAS PARA AGENCIAS confiable que nos ayude con trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los clientes para determinar sus necesidades, responder a sus preguntas sobre nuestros productos y recomendar las soluciones adecuadas. También debe poder resolver rápidamente las quejas de los clientes y garantizar la máxima satisfacción del cliente. Para tener éxito como asociado de ventas, debe mantenerse actualizado con las características del producto y mantener la apariencia visual de nuestra tienda en altos estándares..

Debe ser una persona con fuertes habilidades en Persuasión para las ventas, Escucha activa, Gestión y logro de objetivos, Orientación a los resultados, Tolerancia a la presión .

Las responsabilidades del ASESOR DE VENTAS PARA AGENCIAS son:

• Cumplir con los resultados semanales de acuerdo a los KPI´s establecidos. • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente / ventas • Proporcionar a los clientes la información requerida • Saludar a los clientes cortésmente • Trabajar con pasión para impulsar las ventas, buscando posibles clientes • Conocer los productos / servicios. • Capaz de manejar devoluciones de mercadería • Comunicarse con los miembros del equipo • Mantener un orden y limpieza con el equipo de trabajo en el lugar de trabajo

Especificaciones de la plaza:

Disponibilidad de horario según la agencia de servicio en la que sea asignado.

La posición no tiene personas a cargo. Su principal relación será con las áreas internas de la agencia. Le reportará directamente al puesto de Store Supervisor.

Los requisitos de participación son:

  • Diversificado : Carrera Indiferente
  • Estudiante Universitario (deseable) : Carrera Indiferente
  • Idiomas: Inglés - Básico
  • Años de experiencia: 1

Los conocimientos requeridos son:

  • Conocimientos específicos en: Venta de productos financieros y/o tecnológicos, Ventas Retail, Ventas en frío, Técnicas de Ventas, Manejo de Objeciones
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimiento básico de dispositivos celulares, Información básica de servicios de Internet, Microsoft Office
