Auditor de Campo

Función Principal:

  • Ejecutar rutas de cortes por mora y voluntarios, en los distintos sectores de la capital y municipios aledaños, así como en zonas roja donde se debe de ingresar a efectuar los cortes asignados (sectores que ya se ingresa actualmente). Validación de Tap´s saturados para liberar puertos que se necesitan para instalaciones nuevas.
  • Realizar barridos de nodos, se efectúa una auditoria de los postes dentro de un sector seleccionado, el objetivo de estas auditorias es validar si los usuarios que están conectados a la red de HFC son usuarios activos o no, para esta gestión se debe de comunicar con el Back Office de auditoria y validar con el en el sistema para saber si son usuarios activos o no, de no ser usuario activo se debe de suspender físicamente el servicio.

Requisitos

  • Diversificado técnico en electricidad o electrónica, de preferencia con experiencia en instalaciones de televisión por cable
  • Licencia tipo B
  • Dispuesto a trabajar bajo presión en turnos y días festivos
  • Buena actitud para los retos asignados
  • Conocimientos de las zonas de la capital y municipios para ubicar direcciones.

Conocimientos Específicos

  • Conocimientos básicos en computación
  • Habilidades matemáticas para llevar control de lo trabajado en el día (suma, resta, multiplicación y división)
  • Conocimientos básicos de electricidad
  • Manejo de herramienta básica
