Función Principal

Analizar e interpretar los datos e información del negocio para facilitar el proceso de toma de decisiones, estrategias y campañas que apoyen al logro de los objetivos de la unidad.

Proveer hallazgos y recomendaciones basado en el análisis de información, tales como tendencias de la industria, competencia, información interna de clientes, productos y procesos para generar iniciativas y campañas que permitan la mejora de indicadores y objetivos de la unidad.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar e interpretar volúmenes altos de datos provenientes de diferentes fuentes para convertirlo en información de valor.
  • Apoyar a la unidad a tomar decisiones informadas a través de los hallazgos en los análisis de la información.
  • Recolectar, analizar e interpretar los datos para impulsar las estrategias y decisiones del negocio.
  • Colaborar con stakeholders de las diferentes áreas para mejorar la interpretación de la información obtenida.
  • Crear reportes, dashboards y presentaciones que comuniquen efectivamente los hallazgos del análisis de información.
  • Identificar y monitorear tendencias de la industria, competencia y clientes para identificar oportunidades y riesgos que puedan impactar los KPIs del negocio.
  • Generar iniciativas y campañas provenientes del análisis de información para mejorar el rendimiento de los KPIs de la unidad.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en campos relacionados a la analítica de datos.

Conocimientos:

  • Excel
  • Power BI
  • SQL
  • Deseable R/Python
  • Deseable conocimiento en Machine Learning

Competencias y habilidades:

  • Habilidades en análisis y resolución de problemas
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación de resultados.
  • Habilidad para trabajar individual y colaborativamente con diferentes áreas.
  • Atención en detalles y exactitud.
