Función Principal:

  • Responsable de planificar, gestionar y coordinar la evolución de los servicios soportados por las plataformas Core Móvil y VAS, asegurando que la infraestructura y sus capacidades respondan a las necesidades del negocio, al crecimiento del tráfico y a los requerimientos del mercado. Analiza indicadores de capacidad y desempeño para elaborar proyecciones, definir estrategias de expansión y administrar el presupuesto asociado. Actúa como enlace entre las áreas comerciales, los equipos técnicos locales, las áreas regionales y los proveedores tecnológicos, traduciendo requerimientos de negocio en soluciones técnicas viables y coordinando la implementación de nuevas funcionalidades, proyectos de expansión, upgrades y mejoras que garanticen la evolución continua de los servicios.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en telecomunicaciones móviles, preferiblemente en dominios Core, VAS, IMS/VoLTE, EPC/PS o plataformas críticas de red.
  • Experiencia participando en expansiones de capacidad, upgrades, migraciones o modernizaciones de plataformas Core/VAS bajo ambientes de alta disponibilidad.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos complejos con áreas internas, equipos regionales y proveedores tecnológicos, asegurando seguimiento, cumplimiento y escalamiento oportuno.
  • Experiencia en análisis técnico–económico para soportar decisiones de implementación, optimización, licenciamiento o expansión.
  • Inglés avanzado

Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Arquitectura y evolución de Core móvil: dominios CS (voz), PS/EPC (datos), IMS/VoLTE y VAS.
  • Planificación y dimensionamiento de capacidad con base en tráfico, usuarios concurrentes, utilización, crecimiento de demanda y KPIs de performance.
  • Evaluación técnica y económica de iniciativas de expansión, nuevas funcionalidades y evolución tecnológica.
  • Gestión de proyectos de infraestructura y servicios, incluyendo seguimiento, riesgos, dependencias y cronogramas.
  • Gobernanza de cambios en plataformas críticas: evaluación de impacto, ventanas de mantenimiento, pruebas, criterios de aceptación, rollback y estabilización post-cambio.
  • Entendimiento integral del impacto servicio–negocio: revenue, experiencia del cliente, riesgo reputacional, costos operativos, eficiencia de inversión y time-to-market.
  • Identificación y documentación de riesgos técnicos, operativos y de negocio en implementaciones.
  • Gestión de requerimientos con áreas comerciales, operación, IT, aseguramiento y proveedores, traduciendo necesidades del negocio a soluciones técnicas viables.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Conocimiento práctico de señalización y flujos relevantes: SIP/IMS, Diameter, GTP, conceptos CS/PS.
  • Evaluación de diseños e integraciones lógicas con dependencias hacia Charging, IT, interconexiones y servicios asociados.
  • Telco Cloud / Virtualización: conocimiento de arquitecturas NFV, VNFs/CNFs, contenedores, escalamiento elástico, alta disponibilidad, orquestación de recursos.
  • Buenas prácticas de continuidad y seguridad operacional: redundancia, control de accesos, ejecución segura de cambios.
  • Capacidad de análisis técnicos, reportes ejecutivos y de alto nivel, recomendaciones y planes de acción basados en datos.
  • Elaboración de documentación técnica, requerimientos funcionales y planes de implementación.
