Función Principal

Brindar soporte y asesoría técnica especializada a clientes corporativos y cuentas estratégicas en soluciones Cloud, Ciberseguridad, SD-WAN y Servicios Digitales, asegurando la continuidad, seguridad y óptimo desempeño de los servicios, así como una gestión eficiente de incidentes y una excelente experiencia del cliente.

Conocimientos

  • Alto conocimiento de soluciones Cloud (AWS, Cloud 365, Azure, Etc)
  • Alto conocimiento de Sistemas operativos y servidores.
  • Alto conocimiento en manejo de bases de Datos.
  • Conocimiento de Licenciamientos (Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, Eset, etc)
  • Alto conocimiento de soluciones digitales basadas en ciberseguridad, Cloud y SDWAN.
  • Conocimiento básico de nubes públicas.
  • Conocimiento de Wireless, IPRAN y GPON.
  • Tecnología Wireless y WiFi.
  • Conocimientos de programación

Competencias y Habilidades:

  • Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.
  • Pensamiento Critico para solución de incidentes y solicitudes.
  • Liderazgo técnico.
  • Orientación al cliente.
  • Proactividad para proponer e implementar soluciones

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Electrónica o carrera a fin.
  • 2+ años en soporte técnico avanzado para servicios Digitales.
  • Comprensión de procesos de soporte.
  • Solido conocimiento de infraestructura en la nube (AWS, Azure, Vmware, Licenciamiento Microsoft y Google.)
  • Manejo de paquetes Office 365
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales
  • Ingles intermedio

Requisitos Indispensables:

  • Certificaciones AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer (SysOps o CloudOps)
