Función principal:

Asegurar la alta disponibilidad y desempeño de las APIs y servicios que soportan los Canales Digitales, integraciones y conexiones con bancos, mediante una estrecha colaboración con equipos de desarrollo bajo prácticas de CI/CD y DevOps.

Enfocándose en la detección temprana y resolución ágil de incidentes, optimizando tiempos de respuesta (MTTD/MTTR) y fortaleciendo la comunicación entre equipos internos, externos y regionales, realizando un monitoreo continuo con alertas y reportes orientados a causas raíz, así como la implementación de planes de continuidad (BCM) y recuperación ante desastres (DRP), además, promoviendo la gestión proactiva de parches y vulnerabilidades dentro del ecosistema cloud para garantizar la seguridad y estabilidad de los servicios.

Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorear la disponibilidad y rendimiento de aplicaciones y servicios.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes reportados por usuario o sistemas de monitoreo.
  • Dar soporte a plataformas basadas en Kubernetes, contenedores y microservicios entre otros.
  • Analizar logs y métricas para identificar causas raíz de incidentes.
  • Ejecutar procedimientos operativos, despliegues controlados y validaciones posteriores a cambios.
  • Documentar incidentes, soluciones y procedimientos operativos.
  • Realizar seguimiento a problemas recurrentes y proponer mejoras operativas.
  • Participar en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y ventanas de cambio.
  • Ejecución de rutinas de mantenimiento y operación de las diferentes plataformas que se soportan dentro del área,
  • Atender de forma remota y presencial el soporte de las plataformas y servicios por medio de VPN.
  • Revisión de documentos de nuevas soluciones que son entregadas al área para soporte.
  • Creación y diseño de alertas y rutinas de mantenimientos automatizadas.
  • Implementación de herramientas de monitoreo, creación de Dashboard de soporte para mantener la disponibilidad de las aplicaciones
  • Coordinar con equipos de desarrollo, base de datos, redes e infraestructura para la resolución de incidentes complejos.

Requisitos:

  • Graduado de Ingeniería en Sistemas o Informática.
  • Experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones empresariales.
  • Experiencia en administración o soporte de plataformas Kubernetes
  • Experiencia en soporte en ambientes productivo y críticos.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Sistemas Operativo: Linux(Intermedio), Windows.
  • Conocimiento básico de Redes: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS y balanceadores de carga de tráfico.
  • Docker y Contenedores
  • Kubernetes (Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMap, Secrets, etc)
  • Gestión de logs, Monitoreo y Obsevabilidad (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, zabbix entre otros)
  • Cloud básico (AWS, Azure)
  • Herramientas ITSM como ServiceNow, Jira o similares.
  • Herramientas de versionamiento.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de base de datos (Cassandra, Mongo, Oracle, etc.)
