Función Principal:

  • Diseñar e implementar la arquitectura IP a nivel Core y Agregación, para soportar el forecast de todas las unidades de negocio de la compañía. Analizar indicadores de desempeño de red para evaluar el rendimiento y detectar oportunidades de mejora. Dirigir proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costos y alcance, gestionando recursos, riesgos y entregables para garantizar resultados exitosos.

Requisitos:

  • Graduado de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 3 años o más comprobable en planificación, diseño y operación de redes IP a nivel senior.
  • Experiencia de 1 año o más comprobable en gestión y ejecución de proyectos de red.
  • Inglés técnico Intermedio

Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Diseño de arquitecturas de red IP MPLS jerárquicas (Core, Agregación).
  • Tecnologías de transporte IP: sur-norte y este-oeste
  • Certificaciones deseables: CCNA, JNCIA, HCIA (o superior).
  • Conocimiento de metodologías PMP y Agiles

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Conocimientos de hardware en equipos red Juniper, Nokia y Huawei.
  • Conocimiento de elementos pasivos en Centro Técnico.
  • Creación de MOPs para ejecución de WM.
  • Coordinación técnica con proveedores y equipos de campo.

Competencias y Habilidades:

  • Pensamiento analítico y capacidad de planificación.
  • Liderazgo técnico y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de ventanas de mantenimiento.
