The posting

Vill du bidra till en tystare boendemiljö längs våra vägar och järnvägar? TIKK TAKK söker en byggledare och byggplatsuppföljare (BPU) för ett konsultuppdrag hos en större aktör inom transportinfrastruktur, med stationeringsort Stockholm.

Du blir en del av ett nationellt bullerprogram i region Öst. Programmet omfattar bullerdämpande åtgärder längs statliga vägar och järnvägar, bland annat lokala bullerskärmar vid uteplatser och fasadåtgärder på bullerutsatta fastigheter. Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av byggledning och byggplatsuppföljning och som trivs med att kombinera administrativt arbete med platsbesök.

Om rollen

Du ansvarar för inventering och planering av bullerskyddsåtgärder samt för uppföljning av entreprenadarbeten. Du är beställarens representant och säkerställer att arbetena genomförs enligt gällande kontrakt, kvalitetskrav, tidplaner och föreskrifter. Uppdraget omfattar både administrativt arbete och platsbesök hos fastighetsägare och på byggarbetsplatser inom region Öst.

Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar att:

  • Inventera och bedöma behovet av lokala bullerskärmar vid uteplatser längs väg och järnväg.
  • Granska befintliga åtgärdsförslag och ta fram alternativa lösningar vid behov.
  • Kommunicera med fastighetsägare samt hantera avtal, bygglov och bygganmälningar.
  • Upprätta upphandlingsunderlag och bistå vid upphandling av entreprenörer.
  • Representera beställaren vid byggmöten, platsbesök och besiktningar.
  • Genomföra byggplatsuppföljning och kontrollera att entreprenadarbeten följer kontrakt, ritningar och ställda krav.
  • Följa upp entreprenadernas kvalitet, ekonomi, tidplan, miljö och arbetsmiljö samt ge tekniskt stöd till projektledningen.

Arbetsuppgifterna kan utvecklas utifrån verksamhetens behov och din kompetens.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Minst tre års erfarenhet som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion, till exempel produktionsledare, arbetsledare eller platschef, inom bygg- och anläggningsprojekt inom aktuellt teknikområde.
  • Genomgången utbildning för byggarbetsmiljösamordnare, BAS-P och BAS-U.
  • Genomgången utbildning Arbete på väg steg 1.
  • Kännedom om lagar och förordningar samt standarder och föreskrifter inom aktuellt område.
  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift.

Du behöver kunna arbeta med Stockholm som stationeringsort och göra platsbesök inom region Öst.

Meriterande erfarenhet

Det är ett plus om du har:

- Praktisk erfarenhet av lokala bullerskärmar genom projektering eller framtagande av förfrågningsunderlag, förvärvad på beställarsidan eller inom projektering eller byggledning.

Som person

Du är flexibel och har god samarbetsförmåga, vilket är viktigt eftersom uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med beställaren. Du kommunicerar tydligt och lyhört med både fastighetsägare och entreprenörer, arbetar strukturerat och tar ansvar för att arbetet blir rätt utfört.
