Brinner du för att få verksamhet och IT att dra åt samma håll? Vi på TIKK TAKK söker en projektledare med fötterna i operativ logistik till ett konsultuppdrag hos ett större företag inom transport och logistik. Du tar ansvar för en del av ett pågående förändringsprogram där arbetssätt och system i transportverksamheten utvecklas och digitaliseras.

Vad du kommer att göra Du leder ett eget delområde och rapporterar till programmets huvudprojektledare. Rollen är praktisk och nära verksamheten. Du behöver förstå hur det fungerar på golvet, på terminalen, i lagret eller i trafikplaneringen, och kunna omsätta det i krav och lösningar tillsammans med IT och leverantörer.

I vardagen - Planerar, leder och följer upp aktiviteterna i ditt delområde - Kartlägger processer och tar fram krav tillsammans med verksamheten - Är länken mellan operativ verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer - Håller ihop många intressenter och ser till att beslut blir fattade - Skapar struktur och tydlighet i en stor organisation

Det här behöver du ha med dig - Högskoleexamen, minst kandidat, inom till exempel logistik, supply chain, industriell ekonomi, teknik eller verksamhetsutveckling - Minst fem år som projektledare eller delprojektledare - Projekterfarenhet inom transport, logistik eller supply chain - Erfarenhet av projekt där både verksamhet och IT varit med - Minst två större förändringsprojekt inom verksamhet eller IT som du kan beskriva - Minst tre års erfarenhet från operativt arbete inom terminal, lager eller transportproduktion - Vana att arbeta med kravställning, processkartläggning och verksamhetsutveckling - Erfarenhet av att samordna flera funktioner och av att arbeta med externa leverantörer - Erfarenhet från stora organisationer med många intressenter - Mycket god svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Bra om du också har - Erfarenhet av transportplanering eller optimering av transportnätverk - Erfarenhet av att leda förändring i operativ produktion - Erfarenhet av paket- eller godsflöden - Erfarenhet av att införa system för transportstyrning - Erfarenhet av dataanalys och beslutsstöd

Vem du är Du är strukturerad och självgående och tycker om att skapa ordning där det är rörigt. Du är lösningsorienterad, pedagogisk och prestigelös, och du har lätt för att bygga förtroende mellan verksamhet och IT.

Praktisk information Ort: Stockholmsområdet, hybrid med cirka tre dagar i veckan på plats Omfattning: heltid Start: december 2026 Längd: cirka nio månader, med möjlighet till förlängning Sekretessavtal kan bli aktuellt vid start.
