Webb- och gränssnittsutvecklare inom UX och UI i Gävle

TIKK TAKK söker en webb- och gränssnittsutvecklare med erfarenhet av UX och UI för ett konsultuppdrag hos en större statlig myndighet i Gävle. Du blir en del av ett tvärfunktionellt leveransteam som utvecklar och förvaltar ett designsystem och stöttar myndighetens andra leveransteam inom UX och UI.

Teamet arbetar agilt och i nära kontakt med verksamheten och övriga leveransteam. Rollen passar dig som gillar att kombinera design och implementation, och som tycker om att dela med dig av din kunskap.

Om rollen

Du får ett stort ansvar för hela kedjan, från kravfångst och design till implementation, främst i HTML och CSS. Kompetensöverföring sker löpande som en del av arbetet, anpassat efter mottagarens behov och kunskapsnivå. Uppdraget kan även komma att omfatta arbete i ett annat team inom myndighetens systemutveckling.

Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar att:

  • Fånga och förtydliga krav tillsammans med verksamhet, användare och verksamhetsexperter.
  • Visualisera och stämma av krav med hjälp av wireframes, skisser och mockups.
  • Designa interaktionsnära UX och UI.
  • Implementera gränssnitt i HTML och CSS.
  • Utveckla och förvalta designsystemet och dess gemensamma komponenter.
  • Stötta andra leveransteam inom UX och UI.
  • Bidra till löpande kompetensöverföring i teamet.

Arbetsuppgifterna kan utvecklas utifrån verksamhetens behov och din kompetens.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Mycket goda kunskaper i HTML och CSS.
  • Kännedom om moderna JavaScript-ramverk och komponentbaserad webbutveckling.
  • Erfarenhet av att visualisera och stämma av krav med wireframes, skisser eller mockups.
  • Erfarenhet av interaktionsnära UX- och UI-design.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med designsystem och gemensamma komponenter.
  • Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt, till exempel Scrum eller Kanban.
  • God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift.

Du behöver kunna arbeta på plats i Gävle två till tre dagar i veckan. Övrig tid är distansarbete möjligt.

Meriterande erfarenhet

Det är ett plus om du har:

- Minst ett års erfarenhet av arbete på en statlig myndighet.

Du är drivande och självgående, vill lära dig nya saker och delar gärna med dig av dina kunskaper och erfarenheter. Du är kundorienterad, har god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med verksamhetsexperter för att förtydliga behoven.

Om uppdraget

Plats: Gävle, två till tre dagar i veckan på plats och övrig tid med möjlighet till distansarbete Omfattning: Heltid, 100 procent Antal tjänster: En Planerad start: 1 februari 2027 eller enligt överenskommelse Uppdragsperiod: Ett år, med möjlighet till förlängning upp till tre år
