The posting

The Supply Chain and Logistics team builds the capabilities that support business growth and global operations. We provide business planning, operational insights, and logistics strategy support to help teams and partners operate efficiently across markets.

As the business scales globally, we take on complex, business-critical challenges across network design, operational efficiency, service quality, and the differing needs of each local market, work that strengthens partner experiences and supports sustainable growth.

You will help build scalable logistics capabilities that support TikTok Commerce across global markets.

The team's mission is to improve the delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) through seamless, integrated FBT product solutions and operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Middle Mile Solutions Intern to support our rapidly growing e-commerce logistics network. This role will work closely with linehaul operations, carrier management, planning, product, and analytics teams to identify operational pain points, support process improvements, and help standardize workflows across middle-mile and linehaul operations.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce logistics operations, carrier performance management, SOP development, frontline feedback collection, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in supply chain, logistics, operations, or data analytics to learn how large-scale fulfillment networks are designed, monitored, and improved.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
