The HRBP TikTok Product and Design team partners with leaders across the organizations shaping TikTok’s global product experience. We translate product and design priorities into people and organizational strategies, supporting teams across areas such as content discovery, search, user growth, product infrastructure, user experience, content design, and localization.
We work across multiple product areas, professional disciplines, and regional markets, where user needs and ways of working can vary widely. This requires us to understand how product and design teams collaborate, anticipate emerging capability needs, and develop people strategies that connect specialized talent across regions. By combining organizational insight with business and workforce data, we help teams evolve while strengthening leadership, collaboration, and team effectiveness.
You will build trusted partnerships with leaders and collaborate across HR functions to guide important organization and talent decisions. Your work may span organizational design, workforce and succession planning, leadership development, performance, culture, and engagement. You will stay close to the organization as strategies are implemented, seeing how people decisions shape the teams designing TikTok’s global product experience and using those insights to strengthen what comes next.

From local merchant solutions and geolocation features to seamless transaction tools, we are shaping an ecosystem that empowers local businesses and provides immense value to our global community.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support TikTok Local Services' entry into the US market and build the operations team from ground up. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing the logistics of the hiring process. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in supporting the team to meet its hiring goals.
Responsibilities: - Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to coordinate and schedule complex interviews across different departments, hiring managers, and time zones. - Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, providing clear and timely communication to ensure a world-class candidate experience. - Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy. - Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations. - Support various hiring projects by helping to track candidate pipelines and ensuring the smooth progression of candidates through the interview process. - Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process efficiency to enhance the overall hiring journey.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. - 1+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry. - A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders. - A passion for the technology industry and a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29 - $48. Placement in the range depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.
