Bilden Sie die Spitze, die Tilia mit KI nach vorne zieht. Sie kennen die neuesten KI-Entwicklungen und verfolgen den Markt kontinuierlich. Sie erkennen, wo KI für uns direkt und indirekt – also auch für unsere Kunden – sinnvoll einsetzbar ist. Sie testen neue Lösungen praktisch und bewerten ihren Nutzen realistisch. Sie überzeugen, schulen und begeistern Kolleg:innen für den Einsatz von KI. Sie setzen die besten Anwendungsfälle um – von der Idee bis in den Arbeitsalltag.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausgeprägte intrinsische Affinität zu KI, Daten und digitalen Technologien.
  • Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und die Fähigkeit, Technik in konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.
  • Kenntnisse rund um Microsoft 365, Copilot, Automatisierungslösungen oder Datenmanagement von Vorteil.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, um Ideen nachhaltig in der Organisation zu verankern.
  • Ein Studium ist willkommen, aber nicht entscheidend – wichtiger sind Kenntnisse über digitale Prozesse und Tools sowie praktische Erfahrung (idealerweise 2–3 Jahre).

Ihre Rolle können Sie weitgehend remote ausüben. Für den Aufbau eines starken Netzwerkes innerhalb der Tilia und für die erfolgreiche Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen wünschen wir uns jedoch eine regelmäßige Präsenz an einem unserer Standorte.
