Die tilia Stiftung für Langzeitpflege ist die führende Anbieterin von komplexer Langzeitpflege in der Region Bern. An fünf Standorten begleiten wir Menschen ab dem 18\\. Lebensjahr, die auf Pflege und Betreuung angewiesen sind. Unsere Angebote umfassen stationäre Langzeit\\-Wohnbereiche, Fachabteilungen für Menschen mit Demenz und Respirationserkrankungen sowie neurologische und bariatrische Langzeitpflege, ergänzt durch ambulante Angebote. Wir arbeiten nach dem Pflegeorganisationssystem der Bezugspflege. Palliative Care ist dabei ein integraler Bestandteil unserer pflegerischen Haltung und unseres täglichen Handelns.
