Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung aller Abteilungen bei operativen Aufgaben die zeitlich nicht mehr geschafft werden
  • Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
  • Datenpflege und Dokumentation im CRM (HubSpot) und SevDesk
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Office-Abläufen und Events
  • Bearbeitung von After-Sales-Fällen und Kundenkommunikation
  • Übernahme von Recruiting-Support-Aufgaben bei Bedarf
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben die im Tagesgeschäft anfallen

Das bringst du mit

  • Strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – du verlierst keine Details
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und wartest nicht darauf, dass man dir Aufgaben hinterherschiebt
