Atuar na gestão e controle das operações de exportação de algodão, com foco em integridade dos dados, automação e controles operacionais, garantindo a rastreabilidade e visibilidade das operações bem como a redução de riscos operacionais. 1. Controles operacionais • Controlar os principais marcos da operação: contratação, programação de embarque, documentação, faturamento, embarque, liquidação e encerramento. • Realizar interface com áreas de Trade/Comercial, Execução, Logística, Financeiro, Fiscal, Controladoria, Jurídico e TI. • Acompanhar divergências entre contratos, sistemas, documentos comerciais, embarques e faturamento. • Desenvolver e manter controles para acompanhamento do ciclo completo das exportações. • Monitorar prazos críticos, pendências, documentos, embarques, faturamento e liquidação dos contratos. • Criar mecanismos de check, validação e conciliação entre sistemas, contratos e documentos. • Identificar riscos operacionais, inconsistências e potenciais perdas, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas. • Estruturar indicadores e dashboards para acompanhamento da performance operacional. • Garantir rastreabilidade das informações e adequada organização dos documentos e evidências das operações. 2. Automação e melhoria de processos • Mapear processos de back office e identificar oportunidades de automação, digitalização e simplificação. • Desenvolver e implementar soluções utilizando ferramentas tais como Power Automate, Power BI, Excel avançado ou ferramentas corporativas disponíveis. • Automatizar controles, conciliações, alertas, reports e atividades repetitivas. • Atuar em conjunto com TI e áreas de negócio na especificação, testes e implantação de melhorias sistêmicas. • Documentar processos, regras de negócio e soluções implementadas. • Monitorar a performance das automações e propor evoluções contínuas. 3. Gestão de dados e informações • Garantir qualidade, consistência e integridade dos dados relacionados às operações de exportação. • Estruturar bases de dados e informações operacionais para geração de indicadores e análises. • Desenvolver relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão. • Identificar oportunidades de utilização de dados e ferramentas de BI e IA para aumento de produtividade e controle. • Apoiar a criação de uma base única e confiável de informações das operações. • Inglês avançado, principalmente para comunicação (verbal e escrita) e documentação comercial.
