Atua em conjunto com clientes, fornecedores e áreas internas, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e o bom andamento dos embarques. Principais atividades: • Acompanhamento e gestão dos processos operacionais de exportação; • Conferência e emissão de documentos operacionais e comerciais; • Acompanhamento e conferência dos custos logísticos; • Follow-up com clientes internos, externos e fornecedores; • Interface com despachantes, agentes, armadores e prestadores de serviços; • Controle e atualização das informações em sistema; • Acompanhamento do fluxo operacional desde o fornecedor até a entrega no destino; • Controle documental e suporte na conformidade dos processos; • Acompanhamento de faturamentos e pagamentos relacionados às operações; • Suporte na identificação e resolução de ocorrências operacionais; • Contribuição para melhorias de processos e compartilhamento de conhecimento com a equipe. Requisitos: • Formação Superior Completa em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas. • Inglês avançado; • Experiência em operações de exportação e logística internacional; • Experiência com exportação em grãos, gergelim, feijão ou outras commodities agrícolas, será considerado um diferencial. • Vivência em cobrança documentária e operações bancárias de exportação, será considerado um diferencial. • Conhecimento de certificações e documentos regulatórios, como Certificado Fitossanitário, Certificado de Origem e exigências de mercados internacionais; • Experiência com embarques para África, Ásia e Oriente Médio, será um considerado um diferencial. • Vivência em embarques marítimos de carga containerizada (FCL e LCL); • Conhecimento da rotina operacional junto a armadores, agentes de carga, terminais portuários e despachantes aduaneiros; • Experiência com emissão, conferência e controle de documentos de exportação (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificados, Drafts e demais documentos embarque); • Vivência no acompanhamento de bookings, deadlines portuários, instruções de embarque e monitoramento de cargas até o destino final; • Conhecimento de Incoterms, processos aduaneiros e fluxo de exportação marítima;
