Apoiar o planejamento das expedições em conjunto com as áreas de PDI e Administrativo. Acompanhar a execução das atividades operacionais de expedição, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos. Conferir, organizar e controlar documentos relacionados aos processos logísticos. Manter clientes e áreas internas atualizados sobre o andamento das expedições. Realizar lançamentos, controles e acompanhamento de despesas da área. Monitorar vencimentos e apoiar os controles administrativos relacionados à operação. Apoiar rotinas administrativas e operacionais, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos logísticos. Requisitos Ensino médio completo (desejável cursando graduação em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas). Residir na Região Metropolitana de Vitória. Conhecimento em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel. Experiência anterior em atividades administrativas, logísticas ou de expedição será considerada um diferencial.
