Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição sumária: Planejar e controlar todas as atividades que compõem o escopo do projeto, verificando a aderência aos marcos definidos para o empreendimento, a fim de contribuir para o cumprimento dos requisitos estabelecidos no contrato. Descrição detalhada:

Elaborar, desenvolver e atualizar cronogramas físicos e físico-financeiros dos projetos; Realizar o acompanhamento das atividades em campo, monitorando prazos, avanço físico e produtividade; Identificar desvios de planejamento, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas para mitigação de riscos; Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, curvas de avanço, histogramas de recursos e indicadores de desempenho; Realizar interface com equipes de Engenharia, Suprimentos, Construção, Fiscalização e Cliente; Participar de reuniões de planejamento, controle e acompanhamento da carteira de projetos; Apoiar na definição de estratégias de execução, sequenciamento de atividades e otimização de recursos; Controlar escopo, prazo e recursos, garantindo o atendimento às metas do empreendimento; Utilizar ferramentas de planejamento para análise crítica e tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:

Ensino Superior Completo ou graduação Tecnológica em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;CREA ativo; Experiência em planejamento e controle de projetos industriais; Conhecimento em elaboração e acompanhamento de cronogramas; Domínio do MS Project e Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel; Conhecimento em análise de produtividade, avanço físico e gestão de indicadores; Vivência em ambiente industrial, preferencialmente em plantas petroquímicas, químicas ou de óleo e gás.

Você se destaca se tiver:

Conhecimento avançado em Primavera P6; Experiência em projetos de Paradas de Manutenção (PA) e Investimentos (CAPEX); Conhecimento em metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos (PMI); Experiência com Power BI para construção de dashboards gerenciais; Conhecimento em SAP (módulos PM, PS ou correlatos); Vivência em contratos EPC, EPCM ou serviços industriais; Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
