Über unsere Einrichtung – Naturkindergarten Hasenmatten

Im Naturkindergarten Hasenmatten in Bad Krozingen erleben Kinder Natur, Bewegung und Gemeinschaft. Bei jedem Wetter sind wir draußen unterwegs, entdecken die Jahreszeiten und lassen den Kindern Raum für freies Spiel, Neugier und eigene Erfahrungen.

Für unser Team suchen wir ab dem 01.12.2026 eine Aushilfskraft (m/w/d), die unsere pädagogischen Fachkräfte im Alltag unterstützt.

Rahmen der Stelle

  • ab 01.12.2026
  • Umfang: 56,3 % (ca. 22 Std./Woche)
  • davon 16,3 % unbefristet und 40 % befristet bis 31.08.2027
  • Vergütung in Anlehnung an den TVöD SuE (S2, Stufe abhängig von Erfahrung)

Das erwartet dich

  • Du unterstützt unsere Fachkräfte im Gruppenalltag – drinnen und draußen.
  • Du begleitest die Kinder bei Mahlzeiten, in Ruhe- und Pflegesituationen.
  • Du hilfst bei Spiel-, Bewegungs- und Naturangeboten, Ausflügen und Spaziergängen mit.
  • Du übernimmst hauswirtschaftliche und organisatorische Aufgaben.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und bist gern draußen, bei jedem Wetter.
  • Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest gern im Team.
  • Eine pädagogische Ausbildung brauchst du nicht.
  • Erfahrung im pädagogischen Bereich (z. B. Kita, Schule, Betreuung, FSJ/BFD) ist von Vorteil.
