Estamos a reforçar as nossas equipas com consultores funcionais para projetos de implementação, evolução e suporte de soluções Oracle ERP Cloud e/ou Oracle NetSuite, nas áreas Financeira e de Logística. Procuramos profissionais seniores, bem como pessoas em início de carreira com motivação para aprender, evoluir e desenvolver competências em mais do que uma área funcional.

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar em projetos de implementação, configuração, evolução e suporte de soluções Oracle ERP Cloud e/ou Oracle NetSuite;
  • Realizar o levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais;
  • Colaborar com as áreas de negócio na identificação de necessidades e desenho de soluções;
  • Configurar e parametrizar os módulos funcionais de acordo com os requisitos definidos;
  • Elaborar especificações funcionais e apoiar a definição de soluções integradas;
  • Executar testes funcionais, de integração e de aceitação, bem como documentar os respetivos resultados;
  • Apoiar a preparação e execução de migrações de dados;
  • Prestar suporte funcional, analisar incidentes e acompanhar a resolução de problemas;
  • Preparar documentação de processos, manuais de utilização e materiais de formação;
  • Participar em sessões de formação e apoiar a adoção das soluções pelas equipas de negócio;
  • Colaborar com equipas técnicas, funcionais e de gestão de projeto, em ambientes nacionais e internacionais;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a expansão de competências em diferentes áreas funcionais.

Áreas funcionais:

  • Financeira: contabilidade geral, contas a pagar, contas a receber, ativos fixos, tesouraria, compras, orçamentação, reporting financeiro e fecho contabilístico;
  • Logística: compras, gestão de fornecedores, inventário, armazém, vendas, distribuição, gestão de encomendas e cadeia de abastecimento.

Requisitos base:

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou área similar;
  • Experiência ou interesse em consultoria funcional e em sistemas de gestão empresarial (Perfis Séniores e Júniores);
  • Conhecimentos de processos financeiros e/ou logísticos;
  • Experiência profissional relevante em consultoria funcional, implementação ou suporte de soluções ERP;
  • Experiência comprovada em Oracle ERP Cloud e/ou Oracle NetSuite;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de um ou mais módulos financeiros e/ou logísticos
  • Boa capacidade de análise, organização e resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade de comunicação com equipas técnicas e áreas de negócio;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente colaborativo e em projetos com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Conhecimentos de inglês, escrito e oral (muito valorizado);
  • Conhecimentos de espanhol (valorizado);
  • Disponibilidade para aprender e desenvolver competências em mais do que uma área funcional;
  • Orientação para a qualidade das entregas e para a satisfação das pessoas utilizadoras;
  • Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido ou remoto, de acordo com os requisitos do projeto (possibilidade de viagens).
