Teamleiter / Chef-Mechaniker (m/w/d) – Instandhaltung & Mechanik Am modernen Standort in Wetzikon entwickelt, produziert und füllt die FRIKE GROUP hochwertige chemisch-technische Produkte ab. Um unsere Produktionsanlagen und technischen Einrichtungen optimal zu betreuen und ein eingespieltes technisches Team anzuführen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine qualifizierte und führungstarke Persönlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben Führung & Organisation: Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Mechanik- und Instandhaltungsabteilung sowie gezielte Einsatzplanung des Teams.

Wartung & Instandhaltung: Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Verfügbarkeit, Wartung und Störungsbehebung von komplexen Produktions-, Abfüll- und Verpackungsanlagen.

Reparaturen & Optimierung: Selbstständige Durchführung von mechanischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Reparaturen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Maschinenprozessen.

Ersatzteilmanagement: Disposition von Ersatzteilen, Betreuung von Lieferanten und Verwaltung technischer Dokumentationen.

Sicherheit & Qualität: Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltschutzvorschriften im Werk.

Dein Profil Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (z. B. als Polymechaniker, Mechaniker, Automatiker oder Anlagenapparatebauer EFZ), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Instandhaltung oder Führung.

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im Maschinenpark einer Produktionsindustrie (Chemie-, Lebensmittel- oder Pharmabranche von grossem Vorteil).

Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationstalent und Freude an der Personalführung.

Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen.

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
