Wir suchen einen Einkäufer für Planungs- und Bauleistungen (m/w/d), der Vergaben nicht nur abwickelt, sondern aktiv gestaltet – strategisch denkt, wirtschaftlich handelt und unsere Projekte zum Erfolg führt.

Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bau- und Planungsleistungen, der Entwicklung leistungsfähiger Nachunternehmernetzwerke sowie der Optimierung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen.

Gleichzeitig bringen Sie eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit: Sie verhandeln sicher, arbeiten eng mit Projektleitung, Kalkulation und Montage zusammen und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Projekte wirtschaftlich und reibungslos umgesetzt werden.

  • Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen (BGB / VOB) und Planungsleistungen (HOAI)
  • Einholung, Prüfung und Auswertung von Angeboten
  • Erstellung von Preisspiegeln und Vergabeempfehlungen
  • Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sicherstellung vertraglicher Rahmenbedingungen sowie Prüfung von Nachträgen
  • Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines starken Nachunternehmernetzwerks
  • Bewertung und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern (Qualität, Kosten, Termine)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Kalkulation und Montage
  • Abstimmung von Leistungsinhalten und Vergabestrategien
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Preis- und Benchmarkanalysen
  • Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Darauf bauen Sie.

  • Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (BGB, VOB/B+C, HOAI)
  • Erfahrung im Einkauf von Bau- und/oder Planungsleistungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit AVA-Ausschreibungsprogrammen
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
