En TINET seguimos creciendo y buscamos un/a desarrollador/a Mobile Android que quiera integrarse a nuestro equipo de staffing y participar en el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles de alto impacto, escalables y orientadas a la experiencia del usuario.

Lo que buscamos

  • 3+ años de experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones móviles Android en entornos productivos.
  • Experiencia demostrable con Kotlin y/o Java en desarrollo nativo Android.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en arquitectura de aplicaciones móviles (MVVM, Clean Architecture) y patrones de diseño.
  • Experiencia en consumo y diseño de APIs REST y/o GraphQL, manejo de serialización y parsing (Retrofit, Moshi, Gson).
  • Familiaridad con componentes de Android modernos: Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData / StateFlow, Navigation, Room, WorkManager).
  • Experiencia con pruebas automatizadas en móvil (unitarias y de UI), y buenas prácticas de calidad de código.
  • Experiencia con control de versiones (Git) y flujos colaborativos (pull requests, code review).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (capacidad para leer documentación técnica en inglés).
  • Experiencia integrando herramientas o servicios en la nube (preferiblemente AWS o Firebase) será valorada.
  • Conocimiento o experiencia integrando modelos de Inteligencia Artificial o ML en apps móviles será un plus.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y trabajo colaborativo con equipos de producto y diseño.

Requisitos

  • Formación técnica o universitaria en informática, ingeniería o carrera afín.
  • 3+ años de experiencia específica en desarrollo Android con apps desplegadas en producción.
  • Capacidad para diseñar arquitecturas móviles escalables y tomar decisiones técnicas alineadas con el producto.
  • Comunicación efectiva, orientación al detalle y predisposición para el trabajo en equipo.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones Android robustas, eficientes y con excelente experiencia de usuario.
  • Definir y aplicar buenas prácticas de arquitectura, pruebas y rendimiento en la aplicación móvil.
  • Consumir e integrar APIs, optimizar manejo de datos y persistencia local (Room, SQLite, caches).
  • Implementar pruebas unitarias y de interfaz, participar activamente en code reviews y mantener la calidad del código.
  • Colaborar con product managers, diseñadores y backend para entregar soluciones centradas en el usuario.
  • Participar en la automatización de pipelines de CI/CD, despliegues a stores y monitoreo en producción.
  • Mentorar a desarrolladores junior/semisenior y promover la mejora continua del equipo.
