Ищем опытного универсального геймдизайнера для проекта The Lift - атмосферая игра с системными механиками и элементами immersive sim, где игрок берёт на себя роль таинственного ремонтника, восстанавливающего заброшенный научно-исследовательский комплекс после катастрофы. Это смесь ремонта, исследования и сверхъестественного, вдохновлённая эстетикой советской научной фантастики.

Геймдизайнер будет отвечать за проектирование и реализацию полного игрового опыта на локации от замысла до внедрения в движке. В задачи входит создание и настройка игрового флоу, событий, интерактивных элементов и логики взаимодействий на основе вводных от игрового директора и команды нарратива.

Что нам важно

  • Есть вышедшие проекты, в которых виден твой вклад (Steam, itch.io, консоли - неважно, важно, что проект реально вышел);
  • Системность мышления и понимание, как каждая механика или фича интегрируется в общий флоу локации и игры ;
  • Мыслишь через игровой опыт игрока, а не через документ;
  • Работаешь самостоятельно, но комфортно взаимодействуешь с другими дисциплинами;
  • Разговорный английский (B1 и выше).

Будет плюсом

  • Наигранность в игры жанра immersive slim, Puzzle Adventure, Repair Simulation
  • Опыт работы как feature owner
