Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som verkstadschef får du en central roll i vår verksamhet i Helsingborg. Du leder den dagliga driften, skapar struktur i arbetet och utvecklar teamet inför en spännande tillväxtresa – inom ett år väntas verkstaden bli den största av sitt slag i Norden.

I rollen kommer du att: ✔️ leda, coacha och utveckla arbetsledare och mekaniker ✔️ planera, prioritera och samordna verkstadens uppdrag med fokus på kvalitet och effektivitet ✔️ hantera arbetsorder, fakturering, garantiärenden och kundförfrågningar ✔️ följa upp verkstadens KPI:er och driva löpande förbättringar av processer och arbetssätt ✔️ säkerställa att våra rutiner för hälsa och säkerhet implementeras och följs ✔️ samarbeta nära ett stöttande och praktiskt team där dina idéer och ditt bidrag värdesätts.

Vad du tar med dig

✔️ Tidigare erfarenhet av att leda team inom verkstad, transport eller liknande bransch ✔️ God teknisk förståelse för trailers, släpvagnar samt mekaniska och elektriska installationer ✔️ Förmåga att organisera, planera och kommunicera på alla nivåer i organisationen ✔️ Serviceminded inställning och vana att arbeta med kunder ✔️ Ett proaktivt förhållningssätt och känsla av ansvar för ditt arbete ✔️ Grundläggande IT-kunskaper (Office-paketet) och erfarenhet av diagnostik ✔️ Flytande Svenska och Engelska ✔️ God humor – vi arbetar hårt, men gillar också att skratta
