Wat ga je doen?

Jij zorgt dat de administratie voor onze werkplaats in Elst klopt en vooruitloopt Je bent de schakel tussen werkplaats, planning en klant. Dankzij jou blijft alles overzichtelijk en loopt het werk soepel door.

  • Verwerken van werkorders en onderhoudsadministratie
  • Opstellen en controleren van facturen
  • Contact met klanten over planning en werkzaamheden
  • Registreren en bijhouden van opdrachten
  • Ondersteunen van monteurs en planners
  • Signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen

Wat kan jij?

Jij houdt overzicht en werkt nauwkeurig in een dynamische omgeving Je weet hoe belangrijk goede administratie is en zorgt dat alles tot in detail klopt.

  • Ervaring met administratieve processen (pré)
  • Vaardig met systemen en digitale administratie
  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig in je werk
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je spreekt Nederlands met een goede beheersing van het Engels
  • In staat om meerdere taken tegelijk te overzien

Je bent praktisch, betrokken en werkt graag samen Je voelt je prettig in een technische werkomgeving en denkt mee met het team.

  • Salaris tussen €2.500 – €3.700
