The posting

Nous sommes TIP Group – fiers d’avoir obtenu la certification Great Place to Work® – et nous cherchons un Agent d'entretien polyvalent (H/F) motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe au parking PL sécurisé de Sorigny.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des opérations France, vous réalisez les opérations de propreté, de nettoiement et d'entretien des surfaces, locaux et équipements du site selon la réglementation d'hygiène et de sécurité. Vous êtes en charge de l’entretien et assurez des opérations de première maintenance au niveau des équipements, de la voirie et des espaces verts, du bâtiment, de la mécanique, des eaux, de l'assainissement.

Votre quotidien

✔️Contrôler l'état de propreté des locaux

✔️Nettoyer et entretenir les locaux administratifs, techniques ou spécialisés

✔️Veiller au respect et au maintien des procédures de nettoyage définies

✔️Trier et évacuer les déchets courants

✔️Entretenir et ranger le matériel utilisé

✔️Contrôler l'approvisionnement en matériel et produit

✔️Réaliser le déplacement du mobilier

✔️Interaction avec les agents de sécurité

✔️Utilisation des outils de vidéosurveillance et péage

Vous avez …

✔️Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles

✔️Bonne communication et avoir une bonne capacité d'écoute

✔️Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques

✔️Bonne maîtrise des règles HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement)

✔️Analyser l'information et prendre des décisions de manière objective et structurée

✔️Savoir utiliser les machines-outils et comprendre une notice d’entretien, un plan, une consigne

✔️Détecter les dysfonctionnements d’une structure, d’un équipement, d’une machine, etc.
