The posting

Nous sommes TIP Group – fiers d’avoir obtenu la certification Great Place to Work® – et nous cherchons un Assistant d'exploitation motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur d’agence, vous gérez le parc de véhicules de l'agence ainsi que les entrées/sorties de matériel liées à des prestations d’entretien ou de réparation. Vous êtes en contact permanent avec les clients pour ce qui concerne l’accueil en agence, la mise en place des nouveaux contrats, les entrées/sorties des matériels et la gestion des dépannages.

Votre quotidien

  • Vérifier et/ou créer les WO/WP, les compléter avec les documents liés aux fournitures extérieures (bordereaux de commande, de livraison / factures)
  • Assurer la gestion des documents et leur archivage
  • Tenir et suivre le planning des visites réglementaires
  • Suivre les encours de réparation, s’assurer que les lignes de commandes et de travaux sont correctement validées
  • Garantir la qualité de l’interface avec les clients internes et externes, suivre et mener les actions nécessaires pour obtenir le bon de commande du client dans les délais
  • Appliquer toutes les méthodes et procédures définies par le groupe

Vous avez …

  • Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite)
  • Expérience du service client et de la gestion des réclamations
  • Fortes compétences en communication et d’écoute
  • Savoir prioriser et avoir le sens de l’organisation
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques
  • Expérience en exploitation et transports
  • Une connaissance de l’anglais est un plus
