Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung der Führungskräfte unterschiedlicher Ebenen bei allen HR-relevanten Themenfeldern
  • Ansprechpartner:in für den Werkstattbereich in allen personellen Angelegenheiten
  • Betreuung von ca. 200 Mitarbeiter:innen in unseren deutschlandweit verteilten Werkstätten über den gesamten „Employee Lifecycle“
  • Unterstützung des regionalen HR Directors bei internen HR-Prozessen wie Compensation & Benefit-Programmen, Beurteilungssystemen, Nachfolgeplanung, Gehaltsplanung, Budgeterstellung und Compliance-Themen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rekrutierungsteam und aktive Mitwirkung bei der Personalauswahl
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat in allen relevanten Themen und Prozessen an betriebsrätlich vertretenen Standorten
  • Erstellung von Arbeits- und Ausbildungsverträgen, Abmahnungen, Kündigungen, Zeugnissen sowie Begleitung von BEM-Prozessen
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen administrativen Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen und Schnittstelle zur Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Mitwirkung beim Personal-Controlling, Erstellen von Daten für Präsentationen und Konzernreporting
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Mergers & Acquisitions: Integrations- und Harmonisierungsaktivitäten bei Firmenzukäufen
  • Mitwirken an HR-Projekten und kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im relevanten Bereich und/oder eine personalfachliche Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige operative Berufserfahrung in international tätigen Unternehmen, idealerweise in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden in einem Werkstatt- oder gewerblichen Umfeld (Blue Collar)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Change Management, Projektarbeit und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Professionelles Auftreten und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke, Einfühlungsvermögen, Taktgefühl und diplomatisches Geschick
  • Starke konzeptionelle Denkweise und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Fähigkeit, HR-Kennzahlen zu analysieren und entsprechende Maßnahmen abzuleiten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 30 %)
