Nous sommes TIP Group – fiers d’avoir obtenu la certification Great Place to Work® – et nous cherchons un Planificateur de maintenance (H/F) motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Votre rôle est essentiel à la productivité globale de l’équipe de maintenance. Vous êtes en charge de la préparation des travaux qui seront effectués par l’atelier après décision de la mise en production.

Votre quotidien

✔️ Accueillir et prendre en charge les clients, identifier leurs besoins et les conseiller sur les réparations à effectuer

✔️ Réaliser une première analyse technique du véhicule afin d’identifier les travaux nécessaires en carrosserie et mécanique

✔️ Établir et chiffrer les devis de réparation, en déterminant les besoins en pièces, fournitures et main-d’œuvre

✔️ Présenter les solutions proposées aux clients, expliquer les devis et obtenir leur accord avant le lancement des travaux

✔️ Assurer le suivi des dossiers clients, de la demande initiale jusqu’à la réalisation des travaux

✔️ Préparer les interventions avec les équipes de l’atelier : commandes de pièces, documentation technique, disponibilité des matériaux et planification des travaux

✔️ Optimiser et maîtriser les coûts de maintenance des unités en propriété dans le respect des plans de maintenance

✔️ Assurer la saisie et la mise à jour des dossiers techniques et administratifs

✔️ Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de l’atelier afin de garantir qualité de service, respect des engagements et satisfaction client
