Du kennst die Transport- und Logistikbranche, erkennst Geschäftspotenziale und hast Freude daran, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen? Dann übernimm bei TIP die Verantwortung für ein etabliertes Vertriebsgebiet in Sachsen.

Als Sales Manager im Außendienst (m/w/d) betreust du unsere Bestandskunden, gewinnst neue Geschäftspartner und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen rund um Trucks, Trailer und unsere umfangreichen Dienstleistungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die vertriebliche Entwicklung des Gebiets Sachsen und baust unsere Marktposition weiter aus.
  • Du betreust ein etabliertes Bestandskundengebiet und gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden aus der Transport- und Logistikbranche.
  • Du analysierst die Anforderungen deiner Kunden und entwickelst passende Lösungen aus unserem Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolio rund um Truck und Trailer.
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Vertriebsprozess – vom Erstkontakt über die Beratung und Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
  • Du entwickelst langfristige und vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen und identifizierst zusätzliche Geschäftspotenziale.
  • Du planst deine Kundenbesuche und Vertriebsaktivitäten eigenständig und pflegst deine Verkaufschancen zuverlässig in unseren Systemen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren operativen Standorten sowie den internen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten oder Dienstleistungen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Nutzfahrzeuge, Transport oder Logistik ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Freude an der Neukundenakquise sowie ein gutes Gespür für den Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten in Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Bereitschaft, überwiegend bei unseren Kunden im Vertriebsgebiet Sachsen unterwegs zu sein
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
