Dine arbejdsopgaver Som Værkfører – med ansvar for Reefer – får du en central rolle i koordineringen af de udkørende Reefer‑mekanikere.

✔️ Planlægning og koordinering af arbejdsopgaver på tværs af lokationer

✔️ Sikre korrekt udførelse af køleservice og reparationer efter lovkrav og kundespecifikationer

✔️ Sikre høj servicekvalitet og professionel kundehåndtering ✔️ Lede og koordinere driften i samarbejde med din værkfører kollega og din værkstedschef med fokus på kvalitet, nøgletal og budgetter ✔️ Behandling af garantisager ✔️ Fakturering og opfølgning på arbejdskort ✔️ Sikre at mekanikerne altid er opdateret på nyeste viden, kurser og procedurer

Hvad du bringer med

✔️ Erfaring som leder i et værkstedsmiljø – gerne fra transportbranchen ✔️ Teknisk forståelse og gerne erfaring med kølemaskiner ✔️ Evnen til at skabe struktur, fremdrift og gode relationer ✔️ Naturligt ejerskab, proaktivitet og lyst til at udvikle både mennesker og processer ✔️ Fortrolig med Officepakken og interne IT‑systemer – og kan kommunikere på engelsk og/eller tysk ✔️ Et godt humør – vi har travlt, men vi har det sjovt imens
