Dine arbejdsopgaver

✔️ Sikre høj servicekvalitet og en professionel håndtering af vores kunder ✔️ Lede og koordinere værkstedsdriften med fokus på kvalitetssikring, budgetter og nøgletal ✔️ Håndtere opgaver i vores skadesværksted – herunder taksering, fakturering samt kontakt til forsikringsselskaber og kunder ✔️ Identificere forretningsmuligheder og udvikle teamets kompetencer ✔️ Arbejde tæt sammen med et stærkt team bestående af en afdelingschef, to værkfører (du bliver den ene) samt 13 mekanikere – hvoraf fem indgår i dit skadesteam

Hvad du bringer med dig

✔️ Erfaring som leder i et værkstedsmiljø, helst fra transportbranchen ✔️ Teknisk forståelse og erfaring med storvogntaksering og skadesreparationer ✔️ Stærke samarbejdsevner og lyst til at udvikle både mennesker og processer ✔️ En proaktiv indstilling og naturligt ejerskab for dit arbejde ✔️ Vant til at arbejde i Officepakken og interne IT‑systemer – og kan kommunikere på engelsk og/eller tysk ✔️ God sans for humor – vi arbejder hårdt, men vi griner også undervejs
