About You

You take pride in getting things right, paying close attention to detail and producing accurate, reliable results. Whether you’ve explored science before or are just starting out, you’re motivated to build real knowledge and develop a long-term career in a laboratory environment. You’re practical, enjoy hands-on work and are happy getting involved in physical tasks as part of your day-to-day role.

You’re someone who thrives in a structured setting but can also adapt when plans or priorities change. You like clarity, routine and knowing what good looks like. You take ownership of your learning, are proactive, open to feedback and approach your work with a methodical mindset. You’re just as happy using your own initiative as you are contributing to a team, and you communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
