About the Client

Our client is a newly established technology hub with highly ambitious growth objectives. They are building a large, multidisciplinary SAP team to support global operations across Finance, Logistics, Production, and HR in Romania. This is a unique opportunity to join from the very beginning, shape the setup, and grow together with a future-oriented organization.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant to join the new Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations in SAP PP, handle service requests, and contribute to process improvements.

You will work closely with colleagues from other SAP modules and have the chance to contribute to the setup of a global delivery hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP PP (Material Requirement Planning, Production Orders, Bill of Materials, Routing, and Capacity Planning)
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with SLAs
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, QM, FI/CO)
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and smaller rollout projects
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SAP PP experience in AMS/support
  • Expertise in at least two PP components (MRP, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Capacity Planning)
  • Familiarity with integration topics (MM, SD, QM, FI/CO) is an advantage
  • Fluent German is a big plus
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA PP is a plus

Whats in It for You

  • Be part of something new: Join a newly created SAP delivery hub and help shape its success from day one
  • Remote-first flexibility: Work from Cluj or anywhere in Romania
  • Global exposure: Collaborate with an international client in a highly professional environment
  • Career growth: Continuous learning opportunities, trainings, and certifications (including S/4HANA)
  • Team culture: Work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment with flat hierarchies
  • Stability & future perspective: Long-term opportunity in a growing organization

If you are ready to bring your SAP PP expertise to an exciting greenfield setup and grow within an international AMS team, we would love to hear from you!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
