Job description

Afin de compléter notre équipe Marketing Swiss Market, nous sommes à la recherche d'un\-e stagiaire pour une durée de 6 mois, à partir du 1^er janvier 2027\. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Support Marketing

  • Participer à la préparation et au déploiement des campagnes marketing ;
  • Contribuer à la création et à la mise à jour de présentations marketing ;
  • Assurer la gestion et la mise à disposition des supports et contenus marketing (assets) ;
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les différents interlocuteurs internes afin de garantir le bon déroulement des projets.

Support Retail

  • Participer à la gestion des supports de communication destinés aux points de vente ;
  • Coordonner les commandes, expéditions et livraisons du matériel marketing ;
  • Assurer le suivi des installations en boutiques et auprès des partenaires ;
  • Contribuer à la gestion des stocks de matériel.

Support Événements \& Sponsoring

  • Participer à l'organisation d'événements, lancements produits et activités de sponsoring ;
  • Gérer les invitations et le suivi des participants ;
  • Coordonner les aspects logistiques en collaboration avec les partenaires internes et externes ;
  • Apporter un soutien opérationnel sur le terrain lors des événements.

Support Administratif \& Analyse

  • Rédiger les comptes rendus de réunions et assurer le suivi des actions ;
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir les bases de données marketing ;
  • Participer à la préparation de reportings et analyses de suivi des activités ;
  • Réaliser des traductions et adaptations de contenus en français et en allemand.

Profile

  • Personnalité dynamique, curieuse et réactive ;
  • Sens du détail et rigueur ;
  • Solides capacités organisationnelles avec un excellent sens de la planification et de la gestion du temps ;
  • Intérêt pour le marketing, le retail et l'événementiel.

Professional requirements

  • Diplôme d'école de commerce ou Diplôme universitaire ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (SAP, Excel et outils courants).

* Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'allemand (CH\-DE).
