TITAN Environmental Solutions is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to become one of the faces of our company.

This isn't your typical desk job. You'll spend your days out in the field, visiting clients, strengthening partnerships, making connections, and ensuring that TITAN remains top of mind.

The best part? You don't need environmental industry experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with the personality, drive, and relationship-building skills to make an impact. We'll help you learn our business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the face of TITAN! Represent our company with confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
  • Build relationships that last. Develop meaningful connections with our existing clients while creating opportunities to strengthen and expand our network.
  • Get out and connect! Spend your workdays in the field visiting clients, checking in, and maintaining a strong, consistent presence.
  • Create the WOW factor. Deliver a memorable client experience that makes people excited to work with TITAN.
  • Keep TITAN top of mind. Stay connected with clients, anticipate their needs, and ensure they know we're here to support them.
  • Be a networking superstar. Attend industry events, community gatherings, and networking opportunities to build relationships and increase our visibility.
  • Stay organized and strategic. Plan daily visits, manage your schedule efficiently, and document client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Be a team player. Collaborate with Account Executives, operations, and leadership to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Help us grow! Identify opportunities to strengthen client loyalty, encourage referrals, and support long-term business relationships.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • We're looking for someone with the WOW factor—a natural connector who knows how to build trust, communicate confidently, and make people feel valued.
  • A warm, outgoing, engaging personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining professional relationships in client relationship management, account management, business development, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • A genuine love for meeting people, networking, and spending time in the field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence representing a company and developing relationships with professionals at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including planning client visits and managing a busy schedule.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
  • Comfort using CRM software, such as Zoho, to track activities and maintain client relationships.
  • A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • No environmental industry experience required! We're looking for the right personality, relationship-building experience, and drive to succeed.
