Tjintokk ligger Slagnäs, Arjeplog Lappland. Hos oss har ett av världens största bilmärken valt att lägga sin vintertest körning här testas de senaste bilmodellerna under de mest extrema förhållandena och de gör det på Tjintokks perfekt preparerade banor på land och is med full service på alla fronter.

Som nattportier har du tät gäst kontakt där du behöver god känsla för service och ett lösnings orienterat arbetssätt. Gillar du dessutom att jobba i team men även självgående, och kan även under stressiga situationer prioritera rätt saker? Då är du rätt person till vårt team.

Du arbetar huvudsakligen ensam under nattetid, så du behöver ha fokus på säkerhet och vara bekväm med att ta ansvar och egna beslut. Du bör vara strukturerad och se problemlösning som en positiv utmaning.

Vi söker dig som har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift (krav), tyska är ett plus då kunderna är internationella.

Tjintokk AB är ett av Sveriges största biltestföretag. Företaget är verksamt i Arjeplogs Kommun, Slagnäs sedan 1986. Tjintokk AB har det största hotellet norr om Stockholm med sina 440 rum.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

  • Möta, välkomna och finnas till för våra gäster.
  • In- och utcheckning av gäster.
  • Hantering telefonväxel och e-post.
  • Kassa hantering och natt revision.
  • Hantering av frågor som är relaterade till konferens, transport, säkerhet, passerkort och andra ämnen inom biltestverksamhet.
  • Datorbaserade administrativa uppgifter.
  • Ankomstföreberedelser.
  • Utskänk i baren vid behov.
  • Hålla lobby och reception välkomnande och i bra skick.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet

  • Tidigare erfarenhet från serviceyrket, gärna nattarbete, är önskvärt.
  • Kunskaper i bokningssystemet Techotel Picasso är meriterande.
  • Goda datakunskaper tex Microsoft.
  • Arbetstider: Du arbetar 7 dygn och är ledig 7 dygn. Arbetstider från 19:00-07:00, 21:00-07:00 eller 23:00-07:00. Tjänsten är säsongs baserat 1 november till 31 mars. Upplärning startar i slutet på oktober. Eventuell kan säsongen förlängas.
  • Lön: Enligt kollektivavtal för hotell och restaurang.
  • Boende: Personal boenden finns att hyra. Körkort är av stor fördel eftersom hotellet ligger mitt i naturen med mycket begränsad tillgång till kollektivtrafik. Dock inget krav.
