Auf diese Mission können Sie sich freuen

  • Verantwortung unserer Demand-Generation-Aktivitäten, mit dem Ziel, qualifizierte Nachfrage, Leads und messbare Pipeline für TKD und WorkplaceNow zu generieren – SEO, SEA und GEO sind dabei zentrale Instrumente
  • Die Erstellung von SEO-, SEA- und GEO-gerechten Inhalten (Landingpages, Blogartikel, Kampagnentexte, FAQ-/Antwortformate)
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung von SEA-Kampagnen (u. a. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads) inklusive Budgetverantwortung und Erfolgsmessung
  • Durchführung technischer SEO-Audits (Crawling, Indexierung, Core Web Vitals, structureddata) und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Aufbau eines Monitorings und Reportings, das klassische Rankings ebenso wie die Sichtbarkeit in KI-Antwortsystemen abbildet und die Performance entlang des Funnels messbar macht
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche und Geschäftsführung zu aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich Suchmaschinen und KI-Suche und Ableitung von relevanten Maßnahmen für unsere Demand Generation

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus

  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Demand Generation, Digital Marketing oder Digital Acquisition, idealerweise im B2B- oder IT-Umfeld
  • Textsicherheit und eigenständige Erstellung suchmaschinen- und KI-optimierter Inhalte – Content-Erstellung zählt für Sie zum Tagesgeschäft, nicht zur Ausnahme
  • Erfahrung mit oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an GEO / AI Search – Sie wissen, wie Inhalte in KI-gestützten Antwortsystemen sichtbar werden
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis (HTML, Schema.org, Core Web Vitals, Crawling & Indexierung)
  • Sicherer Umgangmitgängigen Tools wieGoogle Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Sistrix, Screaming Frog
  • Analytisches, datengetriebenes Denken gepaart mit klarer, strukturierter Kommunikation und einem guten Gespür für Content-Qualität
  • Neugier und Lernbereitschaft für ein Themenfeld, das sich durch KI aktuell rasant weiterentwickelt
