Werken als Sales Representative bij TK Home Solutions is niet zomaar verkopen. Je kan het verschil maken in het leven van onze klanten. Dankzij de aankoop van een huislift kunnen onze klanten blijven genieten van hun eigen huis, hun thuis.

Ben jij een echt salestalent? Weet jij de behoefte van de klant juist in kaart te brengen en een oplossing op maat aan te bieden? Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou.

Jouw functie:

  • Ons eigen intern call center maakt voor jou de afspraken, jij focust op de klantenbezoeken, offertes en de opvolging ervan om zo de klant te overtuigen.
  • Je bezoekt de klant om zijn behoefte te begrijpen, de situatie in te schatten en zo de juiste oplossing voor te stellen.
  • Met jouw salestalent en expertise zorg je ervoor dat de klant enkel jou wil als partner om zijn project te realiseren.
  • Je onderhoudt ook professionele contacten met architecten, studiebureaus, bouwbedrijven, projectontwikkelaars om onze diverse oplossingen voor te stellen.
  • Je bent een ambassadeur voor het bedrijf en draagt klantentevredenheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je volgt de bewegingen in de markt en denkt mee met het bedrijf.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een team en rapporteert aan de Sales Manager Huisliften.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent een enthousiaste verkoper in hart en nieren en hebt bij voorkeur 5 jaar relevante ervaring in direct sales (B2C en B2B).
  • Je hebt affiniteit met zowel het bouw- als product-technische om zo de beste oplossing te kunnen bieden aan de klant.
  • Van sales targets krijg je energie en je bent erop gebrand om deals te sluiten.
  • Je bent oprecht klant- en servicegericht.
  • Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands, goede kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Bij de klant ben je de verkoper, intern de collega die samen alles vlot laat verlopen om de klant tevreden te stellen.
