Als erfahrener Steuerberater (m/w/d) in der Gestaltungsberatung hast du eine fundierte Ausbildung sowie langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung gesammelt. Du möchtest dein tiefgehendes Wissen und deine Expertise in anspruchsvollen Gestaltungsberatungen einsetzen, um Mandanten strategisch zu begleiten und komplexe Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltungsberatung: Du begleitest nationale und internationale Mandanten bei komplexen privaten und betrieblichen Gestaltungsberatungen.
  • Maßgeschneiderte Lösungen: Du entwickelst individuelle Lösungen und berätst in Strukturierungs- und Transaktionsprojekten.
  • M&A und Due Diligence: Du unterstützt bei M&A-Transaktionen und führst Due Diligence Prüfungen durch.
  • Steuer- und Konzernsteuerrecht: Deine Expertise im nationalen und internationalen Steuer- und Konzernsteuerrecht ermöglicht es dir, auch anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen zu lösen.
  • Außenprüfungen: Du unterstützt deine Mandanten bei steuerlichen Außenprüfungen.
  • Rechtsvertretung: Du vertrittst Mandanten in Einspruchs- und Klageverfahren.
  • Jahresabschlüsse: Du überprüfst Jahresabschlüsse, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast das Steuerberatungsexamen erfolgreich absolviert und Praxiserfahrungen in der Steuerberatung gesammelt.
  • Du bist kreativ und löst Probleme.
  • Du machst pragmatische Vorschläge, wenn es darum geht, Themen zielgerichtet abzuarbeiten.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft.
  • Du bist sicher im Auftreten gegenüber Mandanten und scheust dich nicht, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
