We are seeking an energetic, organized, and service-minded Concierge to help residents enjoy life to the fullest by providing personalized services that make everyday living easier and more enjoyable. What You'll Do

Meet with residents to learn about their interests and identify personalized concierge services. Coordinate and provide fee-based lifestyle services that enrich residents' daily lives. Promote concierge services and develop creative ways to increase resident participation and billable hours. Assist residents with personal shopping, errands, gift wrapping, organizing apartments, laundry assistance, companionship visits, dog walking, technology assistance, and other personalized services. Coordinate requests with housekeeping, maintenance, dining, transportation, and other community departments. Welcome residents, families, and guests while providing exceptional customer service at the front desk. Answer phones, coordinate resident requests, and ensure timely follow-up. Receive and distribute mail and packages. Support special events and community activities as needed. Maintain accurate records of concierge services and billable hours. Serve as an ambassador for Touchmark's values and Gold Standards.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent Those interested in expanding into future home care caregiving services are encouraged to apply. Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable promoting services and identifying opportunities to enhance residents' lifestyles Experience in hospitality, concierge services, senior living, retail, customer service, or a related field preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer applications Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments Genuine compassion for older adults and a passion for helping others
