Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time AM ShiftClassification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)Schedule: Full-Time Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, committed to enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional care and service. We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Health Services team. This role is ideal for a nurse who values relationship-based care, clinical leadership, and working collaboratively in an Assisted Living and Memory Care environment. Why You’ll Love This Role:

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct nursing care within RN scope of practice Assess resident health status and develop individualized service plans Administer medications and treatments using eMAR Oversee and coordinate medication aides and clinical team members Serve as a primary point of contact for provider communication Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory standards Document assessments, observations, and care accurately Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred CPR/AED and First Aid certification (per state requirements) Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to lead, train, and delegate effectively Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care
