  • Eigenständige Organisation und Koordination aller administrativen, organisatorischen sowie Verwaltungsaufgaben und Abläufe im Kanzleialltag.
  • Fristenüberwachung, digitales Dokumentenmanagement, Mandanten- und Auftragsanlage sowie die Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie sind die Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Partner, Team, Mandanten und Behörden.
  • Als Teil unseres Teams sind Sie für die administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des gesamten Teams zuständig.
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Mandanten sowie Empfang und Bewirtung.
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Fakturierung.
  • Sie gestalten interne Projekte und Prozesse mit und übernehmen Sonder- und Projektaufgaben.
  • Sie organisieren und unterstützen bei unseren Events und sind Ansprechperson für unsere Dienstleister.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bürokommunikation, Büromanagement, Hotellerie oder sind Rechtsanwalts – oder Notarfachangestellte (w/m/d) und bringen erste Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Sie überzeugen durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortung und Flexibilität.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement zeichnen Sie aus. Sie sind loyal, vertrauenswürdig und kommunikativ.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office.
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
