The posting

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our growing R&D team and contribute to a wide range of electronics development projects, from electronic circuit design to the development of custom test systems.

At TLT, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your electronics design expertise, tackle practical engineering challenges, and see your solutions progress from concept to production, working closely with colleagues across R&D and manufacturing.

In this position, you will:

  • Analyze and evaluate customer projects, helping to estimate workload and timelines.
  • Work with customer Altium source files.
  • Design products from scratch.
  • Design electronic test boards for customer product testing.
  • Adapt products for mass production.
  • Work with laboratory equipment.
  • Design, build and test functional prototypes.
  • Generate required manufacturing documentation for electronics manufacturing.
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled and welcoming team of RND engineers of all disciplines.
  • Learn and apply knowledge in electronics.

Requirements

  • Are passionate about designing, making and prototyping.
  • Are proficient with ECAD tools.
  • Have hands-on design experience.
  • Understand common microcontrollers.
  • Are familiar with communication protocols.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Hold a higher education degree in Electronics Engineering (or a related field).
  • Are methodical and structured in your work.

Salary

Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €18/hour - €30/hour (€ 3 000– 5 000 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
